Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Hot Springs, AR

Very clean. Comfortable beds. AC didn't get cold enough for me. But I like it cold. Staff was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Took the family for a 3 night stay. When we made it to the room, we noticed all the furniture was from a thrift store and was super dirty. Our second night, I went down to the lobby at 6:15pm to request more towels, and there was a sign sayings "We'll be back shortly," which they showed back up after midnight...... Something happened during the day on our third night. The front desk clerk was sitting in the office to the left with his feet up playing games on his phone. Then, he jumped up acting like he was busy with a customer. The elevator broke during our stay with no hustle to getting it fixed. If there was another available motel, we would have requested a refund. Needless to say, we will not stay at another Country Inn. Rooms: Dirty furniture and smelled of chemicals. Safety: The elevator was out of order for 4 days

It's in a good location close to restaurants and Walmart. The rooms look like they were remodeled at some point, but the hallways do not. The carpet in the hall is dirty. The mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable - you could actually feel springs in it. The mirror on the wall in our room was broken and the glass had been taped. The ice machine & soda machine on our floor were broken. I reported that to the front desk and by the time we left 2 days later, they still had not been fixed. The pool is ok, and the kids enjoyed it. The door to the pool says "Pool and Spa" with the word Spa painted over in black, lol. You can see different tile in the pool area where the spa used to be. It was not a terrible stay, but they definitely need to replace mattresses and do some maintenance around the hotel. Rooms: Bed very uncomfortable due to feeling springs in mattress. Room is spacious, shower was great. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Food & drinks: The breakfast had waffle maker, cereal, bacon, eggs, coffee. Juice machine is broken but they had small boxes of juice.
