        Overall a fantastic bed and breakfast for a couple to have a nice getaway at. Gorgeous views, Perfectly manicured grounds, delicious food and very convenient location. The service left a bit to be desired unfortunately. We stayed in the Hamilton Presidential Suite and it was beautiful! Its on the first floor and really well appointed! Everyone was very nice but inconsistent. What we were told at check in isnt how things were actually done the next morning. Some staff did things a certain way while others did the opposite. The in room tablet in the room as a way to contact the front desk or dining was great when it worked and sometimes just didnt send at all. We will be back if in the area again because its a beautiful place to stay and now we will know to expect mixed signals in service so it wont be a bother.

        Absolutely wonderful stay! First time in Hot Springs, and I'm so glad we stayed here! Absolutely beautiful, wonderful room with a beautiful view of the garden and the lake Honesty, pictures don't come close to doing Lookout Point Lakeside inn justice. A wonderful gourmet breakfast was delivered to our room every morning (you can eat in the breakfast area or eat in your room). Wonderful staff! Don greeted us at the door and took our luggage to our room, and Robin gave us a tour and wonderful advice on places to go. They have the best homebaked cookies too! We're definitely coming back next year!

        Had a great stay at Lookout Point Lakeside Inn. The room, staff and all of the amenities are top notch, clean and modern. The location is very convenient to all of the local attractions and restaurants. The Lake views are also superb and with little boat traffic at thus time of year. We'll definitely be returning to stay here again.

        My wife and I spent 3 days here to celebrate our anniversary, and we were very pleased. The room (the Kokomo) was immaculate, with a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. Centrally located for visiting Bathhouse Row, Ouchita Lake and National Forest, and the Garvan Botanical Gardens. Garvan Gardens is a must see, especially in the spring. Breakfasts were varied and innovative, and everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. We definitely would go back.

      Thanks so much for you feedback. As the business owner, it is always appreciated when a guest shares concerns about something as critical as our service, so that we have a chance to address it immediately.Alternatively, after the guest has left and felt that their experience could have been better, a private email to the owners letting them know about their experience is also greatly appreciated. We are extremely proud of our Team and their impeccable service. I sincerely apologize that you left feeling anything less than having experienced the very best possible. I am not entirely sure what inconsistencies you are referring to, however sometimes something is misunderstood and a clarifying question or some feedback on-site could have brought about a better service-level experience during your stay. Our amazing Team has almost unlimited talents, but mind-reading is unfortunately something they have not mastered yet. Our in-room tablets are no different than any technology; when working it is perfection. We experience glitches very rarely on our state-of-the art tablets. I apologize that you experienced that and again, do not know if you escalated this to the Team in case there was an actual issue with your in-room tablet. According to the Team members who were working during your stay, none was familiar with any concern you raised. This Team is very adept and are extremely proficient in correcting any possible issue no matter how small, but they do need to be made aware of it. They go above and beyond if a guest has a concern or if any moment of their experience at our property could have been better. The culture we painstakingly and continuously refine for each and every guest is one that sees not only any concern no matter how small, is addressed and corrected as quickly as possible, but it is most often accompanied by something to enhance the experience immediately, and bring the guest to a place of feeling absolutely well cared for and pampered. We strive to deliver the most superb level of guest service at Lookout Point Lakeside Inn. Again, my sincerest apologies that you felt you did not have this experience. -Nancy Sullivan, Owner
