Santa Fe Shoe Repair

My wife brought in a pair of women's shoes, and when she came back to pick them up, the store clerk could not find them, and was incredibly rude to her. She felt like he was blaming HER for the lost shoes! The store called her back a couple of hours later and when she went in to pick them up the same clerk was STILL rude, not offering an apology for the inconvenience of having to make two trips!Needless to say this business lost ANOTHER customer! With his attitude, I'm sure she is not the first!

Owner is abusive, do not go here. In my nearly 60 years I haven't felt the need to write a review. Well, until now. And I can see from many of the other reviews here that this shop, specifically this owner is a piece of work. I went in with my shoes. I needed new heel taps. He said he could probably get to them tomorrow. Ok, fine, since I was set to travel the next day I said I needed to take them elsewhere. I guess this offended him. He told me he was in the midst of another job and that tomorrow was just "common sense." Mind you, I never asked him to interrupt his current job. As I was walking out of the store he called me an, and I quote, "a$$hole." Mind you part two, I never said another word. Just simply took my shoes and left. I am grateful to not know what it is to be that angry. Angry at what I don't know, but he is incredibly angry and rude. I'll end as I began, the owner is abusive. Do not reward this type of behavior. Do not go here.
