Bonanza Shoe Repair

This used to be an amazing place until it was sold. I went there for years and years and I was always happy. Do not ever take your shoes here. EVER!! They charged me $72 to wrap my heels, not new heels, mind you!! THREE months!! I finally called and they were not finished. I called and the woman there began to scream at me (she was on speaker so others heard her). When my husband picked them up, unfixed, she tried to tell him I was rude to her. That was not true because he was listening to the conversation. I now have my unfixed shoes back. She tried to blame me for their issues but she got busted. Stay away from this place. It’s not the same.

Rude service. I brought boots in to be stretched. I was told 3 weeks which I felt was an unusually long wait but I left them. Called the day said they'd be ready. Was told they hadn't touched them but she was putting them on the stretcher immediately and they'd be ready Monday...in 3 days. Went in to pick them up and she hadn't done anything because someone else's boots were more important. I asked her why she couldn't call and let me know. She said take your boots .here is your money back...go somewhere else!

Katie was extremely friendly and helpful. I went in for a belt shortening and she was very quick with a great result. Definitely recommend!
