I was so pleasantly surprised with the help I received from Linda! She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with a package and made me feel my business was important. She is a great asset to this post office. I hope I run into her again

Train your employees to give consistent information. I was in last week told envelope I was mailing would be $1.16 I even mailed one for that amount! Now they want to change their story, the media manager is RUDE and condescending and now telling me they are going to charge me 4 times as much. Horrible customer service.

Been coming to this PO for years & I definitely recommend! Even when they're busy, I don't feel like I've ever had to wait any crazy length of time. And if they're slow, it's usually due to unprepared, unresourceful customers who have never mailed anything or done anything through the PO, ever. That is probably the biggest con of going here. They have over priced packing stuff & greeting cards but I've never been in a situation where I didn't already have my stuff ready to ship. There is a WM & 99 cent only right down the street where you can get the same packing stuff for at least a dollar or two less if not more. They have self service but I've not used it so I can't advise on that but I do see people using it all the time. You can also get passports here & you don't have to wait in the line for passports, go through to the passport window.
