Its funny how people are quick to choose to give a business a negative review after one bad experience. Most of the reviewers today, have stated doing business with the company for over 10 years and today is the first time they have rated the company with a single star because the store was closed. What about the good service you have received over the years? No one bothered to give 4 or 5 stars when it was appropriate and when the business was serving your needs well.
Im sure we all know that customers do read reviews at times and this paints a very bad picture on a small business whove had to navigate these past turbulent 3 years of Covid and have managed to keep their doors opened. Lets be fair and not place an unnecessary burden on our community small businesses that are already struggling to keep their doors open and to continue to serve us the best they can. Let us continue to support them with our business and continue to pray for them and wish them well.

I've been a costumer for over five years. The service is always great and the staff is very pleasant. It beats waiting in those long lines at USPS. They have everything you need all under one roof! Love these guys.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! I have lived in Tempe for 20 years and used this business (under the previous owners) for most of that time. The wheels have completely come off over the last year. AGAIN the business is closed in the middle of the day (Tuesday) for no reason. Im AGAIN unable to get my packages. Its like this place is a front for something else. The staff seems to have no interest in ever being present or have any idea what theyre doing.
And let me be very clear that is has been a consistent problem for some time. And things get continually worse. Today was by NO MEANS and isolated incident!!!
Additionally I do not appreciate employees trying to sneak in 5 star ratings, as was done today.

Love going to UMail. They are just like family and very efficient. Im never sure what package to use for my shipments but they always have the right stuff. Although Ive moved away from Tempe, I still make the commute knowing my needs will be met satisfactorily!
