        The delivery people will not walk up stairs to delivery packages. They will mark it as mailbox full (a bookcase doesnt fit in an apartment mailbox). There is no way to get in touch with the USPS.

        Put in a support ticket 2 weeks ago and was prompted that I would be reached in 1-3 business days. Here I am again putting in another support ticket as the first one has yet to be answered. Its been 10 business day and counting.

        Don't blame the PO for locking the lobby at night when the homeless use it as a bathroom, plus leaving drug paraphernalia with fentanyl that could kill somebody.
