        The manager is incompetent and doesn't hold to the one year policy. If you need to shop at REI go to PV store. This store was unprofessional and a huge disappointment

        Been going here for 3 years now for rentals/purchases of camping and bikes. Never had a bad experience, staff is friendly, classes are good too.
