A few days ago my mom locked her keys in her car. I went to O'Reilly on Southern, just west of Rural and Rich helped me. He was extremely helpful, friendly, informative, and honestly reminded me there are still good people in the world!!! Thank you again to Rich and we will continue to make O'Reilly our go-to for auto parts!

Went to the OReilly on Southern and rural and worked with Kyle. Best experience Ive had at an OReilly. Very patient, kind, friendly and answered all of my questions I had. Also assisted me with all of my needs and did it the entire time with a smile!! Amazing all around experience! THANK YOU Kyle for being such an easygoing and awesome person to work with!! Ill definitely be back and want to exclusively work with him for the foreseeable future! Thanks again for the amazing experience!

Quick fast and knowledgeable. Came in for a tire repair kit and a bike pumpleft with exactly that! Great job. Employees even seemed to enjoy their position. Seamless and I am grateful for my fast experience.
