        Store will not answer the phone.....bought a 3-year battery from them and battery died on me in Yuma, AZ. Went to Napa here in Yuma and they can't exchange the battery due to franchise vs corporate policy without the right information and this location will not answer the phone. Both myself, friend and location all called this Tempe location from 3:45pm-5pm and no answer. Just cost me $160. Uodate- Team Refunded me and explained to me the proper procedure another location should of followed. Thanks, so much guys!
