Have taken my vehicle to Hector several times for body work. This last time the car was late and incomplete, which was not unusual. I gave them 1 and a half weeks to round up the parts and was told they were in. I have tried several times to contact Integrity auto and have received no response.

RIPPED OFF!Where to begin..I originally reached out to Hector to get a quote for a deep bumper gouge I had received from a careless driver in a Walmart parking lot. He quoted me $300 cash for repairing the damaged area or $500 to perform the repair and repaint the entire bumper.I noticed later the fog light was also damaged so I decided to run it through my insurance.Based on his quote enough money was allotted to cover the cost of new replacement bumper and the complete repaint.I purchased the bumper and brought it to his shop after weeks on end of poor communication.When I told him I wanted to pay cash for the deal and I would even reuse my old damage fog light to keep the cost at his original quote of $500 he then went back on his original quote and insisted I pay him $1000 DOLLARS instead!I then called around to 3 other shops and got quotes ranging from $500 at the lowest to $800 at the highest. At this point I wanted to pull my car and take it to another shop but was afraid he would charge me his ridiculous $100+ per day storage fees or worse.. do something to jeopardize the safety of my vehicle.Begrudgingly I had him do the work for the $1000 as he essentially had it held for ransom.Once it was "completed" I went to go pick it up on a Friday and discovered several areas on the bumper that weren't  painted properly so he agreed to repaint it. When I went to pick it up for the second time on Monday he wasn't even good enough to be present and face me knowing I wasn't happy with the service.In the end I ended up paying DOUBLE, $500 more than I should for a paint job that was just OK!I personally own my own business and if we quote somebody a price and then later realize it wasn't enough we eat the cost and make the customer happy. Will never do business here again, will never refer anyone, and I hope this review helps others to not get ripped off the same way I did. If I could give this business zero stars I would! I recently had an accident, and decided to repair the damage myself. I needed to have the brand new replacement bumper cover for a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country painted white, to match the rest of the vehicle. I used Yelp to get quotes from several shops. Integrity Auto was almost the cheapest, and was about half the price that most other shops wanted to charge. Hector was very responsive to all of my questions. I dropped the new bumper cover off on a Wednesday afternoon, and picked it up that Friday. If I need any more paint work done in the future, I'll definitely check with them first.

Edited to add: Just finished reviewing paperwork with my Insurance Adjuster and FINALLY have the dollar amount I was ripped off by this company. Do not allow them to take advantage of you. Original Review: I am extremely disappointed in Hector Caro and his company. Poor time management. Poor communication. And I believe their company did not provide me with honest service. I do not recommend this company for ANY services. Other people are sharing similar experiences and you would be better served to use a reliable company. They originally had my car for 30 days, where no work was performed besides a failed attempt at patching my bumper, that he later sold. I ordered the replacement and paid for it, and still have not received a reconciled summary including what my insurance paid out. Something is fishy. Enter at your own risk with this company. I had an excellent experience at Integrity Auto Body Specialists, three times!  When I bought my Tesla Model S from the original owner in CA, it had some curb rash.  I had heard there were rim doctors where you could get this fixed.  I called around to a few different places, and most had outrageous prices, such that you could more cheaply buy a used rim without any scratches off the Internet, including shipping!  BumperDoc's prices are VERY reasonable by comparison.  I had 2 rims on one side done, and I was so ecstatic with the results, I brought it back and had the other side done.  Then, because of all the rock chips in the clearcoat on my front bumper, I just had them repaint it.  I am just as ecstatic with the results as I was with my rims.  I like to support mom & pop shops.  The business has been in existence since 2014, and Hector and his wife Gaby took it over in 2019.  They are in N. Tempe on the NW corner of Curry and McClintock behind the Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  Highly recommended!
