    We had to battle a bit with the insurance company and the owner, himself, got involved.   Though it was a lengthy process due to multiple circumstances (including supply chain), Tracy's did a great job and the car looks beautiful.  I am quite happy!

    If your doing a insurance claim for your vehicle. Do Not go to Tracy's auto, they cannot be trusted. They will say anything to set you up and get your car in there lot. Once there they will refuse to work with your insurance company. They don't answer the phone and don't call you back. My insurance revoked my rental car because nobody at Tracy's auto would answer the phone or return any calls. You will have to actually go in to there tiny office if you want a update. There parking lot for clients is so small I was almost hit pulling in and pulling out of there small space. Inside feels very tense, Troy who was extremely uptight and clearly understaffed was rude and degrading. He spoke over me and had the nerve to tell me to get in line behind his 52 other cars in front of me that he has on his lot. I understand your the only employee working today but keep your personal issues away from paying customers. Payment was a huge hassle, it took 50 minutes just to pay my deductible because this shop doesn't have Apple Pay. Over all this was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone,  (1) poor customer service, (2) outdated payment options and equipment. (3) Understaffed beyond belief  (4) Nobody in charge. I hope this will help someone looking for a fast, honest and a fast turn around. Keep looking, move past Tracey's auto. Run! ‍
