Great work but alot of over spray glue I cant get off my paint.

Beyond disappointed in this business. After giving a down payment on a project I asked for it($1,500.00) to be returned to me. The owner/operator Charles "Chaz" Glenn personally guaranteed me that he would return my money in a timely fashion. After reaching out to Mr Glenn by many different forms of communication, my repeated requests for over a year(almost two years) fell on deaf ears. Still to this day I haven't ever received one single cent of my money. Mr Glenn has since then decided that he wouldn't return any of my money. After numerous of other stories Mr Glenn finally choosen to inform me that he spent all my money and is now facing bankruptcy. It has already been proven in court that Mr Glenn didn't spend all the money as he stated. So that turned out to be a gross falsehood. The materials in question Mr Glenn purchased cost not even half of what he stated they would. So now Mr Glenn has free materials and some extra cash thanks to me. While I am just sitting here with a paper receipt for a project that'll never get done. At the very least I should receive the brand new materials and the remaining cash. That would give me somewhat of a chance to sell the material to recoup just even a fraction of my money. For Mr Glenn to expect me to just bestow him my money is ridiculous. Moreover after doing further research I have found out Mr Glenn is using counterfeit products from China. So even if I was given the materials I wouldn't be able to sell them to anyone in fear of being arrested. This is deplorable. I am immensely saddened by Mr Glenn's behavior. I have dealt with many people from all around the world and have never been treated with such blatant disrespect before. This "gentleman" Mr Glenn had the audacity to tell me that I needed to learn how business works. I have honestly been treated with more decency by combative enemy forces in Iraq. After I wasted hours of my precious time going above and beyond to obtain Mr Glenn the exact information on many different pathways for him to achieve help hiring people because he so desperately needed/wanted it for his business. I guess it just goes to show you that no good deed doesn't go unpunished. Mr Glenn must have really needed the money more than my family. Because Mr Glenn was given extensive information on my family's unfortunate situation. Mr Glenn didn't find it in his nature to return something that isn't rightfully his. This whole experience has left me beside myself with anguish. I'm still contemplating on taking further legal action against Mr Glenn in yet another court case. This whole situation has definitely been a learning experience for me. From now on I'll choose a more wholesome, along with actual creditable place to take my business. I should have done my proper research beforehand and I wouldn't be in this predicament to begin with. Then again hindsight will always be 20/20. It's just an honest shame how this situation escalated to the point of this fiasco.
