Extremely unreliable. uncooperative, and do not perform per their commitments including their management ( Sandra) or return phone calls.

Placed an order LAST WEEK to come out to house. A week later and multiple phone calls, STILL NO PHLEBOTOMIST! I've called multiple times, just a constant run-around. Office will not followup to see if their field phlebotomist has contacted you. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So thankful to get a skilled and kind tech named Bud! With Covid, I haven't been able to go anywhere and get my blood drawn. I'm immunocompromised and take care of my 84 year old father. My doctor sent a guy named Bud from this company to do my blood work at my home. I'm always apprehensive when I get blood drawn since no one is able to get my blood without sticking me many times. Bud got my blood draw on the first try! I didn't even feel it. When you get a good phlebotomist it's like winning the lottery. Lol. I want only Bud to draw my blood any time I need it, when I use this company. I definitely recommend this company and Bud.

Nothing but positive things to say about this company.. Top notch for sure . The technician Holli is so caring about her patients and definitely exceeds in what she does .. My Moms health condition required her to have multiple blood draws and Holli with Unique was punctually when scheduling and certainly had patience . I would definitely recommend Unique Mobile Lab to anyone needing this service .

We have been using Unique labs for a few years and appreciated the flexibility working with our schedules. But since this new year we can't ever get times that work with our schedules leaving us to go in person to lab sites which we don't like anymore but have to do again. Disappointed and not going to use ULS anymore.
