Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I'm only giving this place two stars for convenience. It's the only rental car place I've found in the Shawnee OK area. Other than that it's really unorganized and cars are always dirty when we are renting here even after we have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. Today was an hour wasted at enterprise. The wait time on them cleaning the car is pointless if it's dirty anyway. Cleaning should be done before pick up time not during the time we are suppose to be on the road.

Last weekend, I needed to rent a car to drive to Colorado and back. I just want the Enterprise people to know that the staff at the Shawnee airport location are amazing and very helpful.

Was to have a car to take a business trip not only do they have no cars but got a text message not even a phone call to tell me. Yet the worst part is this was book nearly a week before. Their customer service is nonexistent. When I rang to ask about my rental was told I needed to speak with Josh and would be back in 10 minutes never got a call back after an hour. However I rang and he answered the phone and didn’t even apologise for not calling me back. Overall the service is horrible. This is a corporate account so even tho I’m not paying for this directly but still need better service. It’s not that hard to pick up a phone and speak to someone. The attitude was that they were there against their will. No one seem happy or professional but like it was the last place they wanted to be. If o had to pick a place again it certainly would not be this one!
