        I went to pick up the vehicle on the day and time of the appointment and after the receptionist asked the manager, she said, "Sorry, we don't have cars available, but you can come back next Wednesday to see if I have one ... nothing against Hertz, I had a good experience in a different Hertz location, it's just that specific place.

        UPDATE Nov 2020: I THINK THIS LOCATION IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. There is an AVIS/BUDGET at the DOUBLE TREE. I just called this Hertz location to make a reservation. A person at the local office answered I told her that I was looking to make a reservation and she told me Im not at my computer right now. I can call you back in 25 or 30 minutes. LOL Isnt that your job??
