        I live in Cachet at MMR in Scottsdale. My community is managed by AAM. This is the worst management company I have ever experienced. I would give them 0 star if they let me select 0. I had a roof leak 4 weeks ago, I called manager more than 10 times, emailed manager more than 3 times, 4 weeks go by, not once he picked up the phone or return my message. His assistant told me that she doesn’t have answer for my question. Refused to follow up with the manager for me. I wish my hoa board fires this company before my ceiling and floor get mold.
