        I walked into this store dreading a difficult, expensive experience but I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing this shop was. The man that fixed my watch was incredibly fast, kind, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me or give me the run around at all. He explained all of my options, the pros and cons of each, and ultimately fixed my watch as a courtesy in less than 5 minutes! This shop will be our permanent solution to any tech blunders!

        Great experience however there is a serious lack in communication. Phone wasn't ready in 2 hours as they said it would be, but we were never called. So, we drove all the way back to the store 5 hours later and found it still wasn't ready. A little extra communication would have saved us the time and energy. Other than that, the service was great and my phone looks/acts/feels brand new!
