They were quick, kind, and made sure we had food after a long day even though we were discharged the same night.

I don't generally write reviews but found this necessary. I am still dealing with a problem months after completing the outpatient program. I was given a contract in which the staff were to honor upon completion. I completed the program and in the end it wasn't honored. I was then told after I completed the program successfully that they don't 'do that' for any client. Given the fact that I had provided the contract to them prior to starting, I was a little baffled as to why this wasn't brought to my attention before beginning this treatment. I hit snags throughout the entire program. When this issue was brought to my attention, the office manager said she would call me back. I never heard back from them. My emails and voicemails were eventually ignored and I was never able to get this resolved. I was left off with me 'to contact someone who knows be better' and 'good luck'. They are completely disorganized and now I more than likely have to go to another program in which they will respect my contract after completion. I have also kept in contact with some of the outpatient clients and many have relapsed. They are quick to take your money but won't respond to assist with correcting their issue, which is now my problem. No transparency. Consider this a warning to you or your loved ones.

Being a patient at Saint Luke’s Behavioral was one of the worst and most traumatic experiences of my life. The staff was cruel and didn’t treat me like a human being. I was put with the children even though I was a teenager at the time which was very uncomfortable for me because the children were really loud and I am triggered by loud noises. They would throw things a lot and I was hit many times with toys and books. I never got to leave the ward for art or outside time even though I was a calm and quiet patient. All the staff clearly didn’t care about any of the patients and were rude and gossiped a lot. I remember leaving feeling even more unstable so the experience didn’t even help me just made me feel worse. Wouldn’t suggest this place even to my worst enemy.
