Took over a month to even get an appointment scheduled. Not talking about time from scheduling to appointment. Im saying it took over a month for them to get back to me to even schedule.
The Dr told me I had a tumor in my jaw during my consult and that he would do a biopsy on it. A week later he changed his mind and said there was no tumor there and the insurance lady cant submit to my insurance. Took a week to find this out. Now Im told I have to wait 3 weeks on an estimate for surgery. Meanwhile Im in excruciating pain and they refuse to send my xray to my PCP even tho I filled the form out giving them permission. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
