Excellent care! The doctors, nurses, techs and case managers were accessible, attentive and knowledgeable. They seemed to genuinely care about my well-being and nearly everyone exceeded my expectations in the way they managed a complicated health situation and navigated a safe discharge home.

Banner University has been amazing to me when I went into surgery. Dr. Yao and his team have been very informative about breast reconstruction. The hospital is clean and the nurses and other doctors are really nice. Also Im happy with the results with my surgery.

Whatever you do, avoid this hospital. They aren't even meeting the bare minimum of care. Once in awhile you get an amazing worker but thats few and far in between. It's mostly filled with awkward newbies that are barely out of school and studying instead of helping people recovering from surgery!

I ended up going into OB triage on 3-21-24 at 39 weeks pregnant. I had a fast heart rate and wasnt feeling baby move as much as I would normally. The nurses and doctors in OB triage were amazing! We ended up getting admitted to be induced and let me just tell you the labor and delivery team was absolutely amazing. Ive had 2 very poor labor and delivery experiences (not with this hospital) but they made my 3rd delivery one of the best experiences ever! My fianc wasnt able to make it back to the hospital in time for the baby to be born (we have 2 other kids) they made sure I had the best support system and that I was able to be in control of what I wanted! I am beyond thankful for the team I had and wish I knew who was on my labor and delivery team to properly thank them! The postpartum floor was amazing as well!
