I gave birth here about a year ago on 3-28-23 at around 8 pm. When I was admitted around 6 am my first assigned nurse at the maternity ward was Kaitlyn and my Doctor was swapped from Dr. Carrington to Dr Johnson because they informed me she wasn't available or wasn't working for them anymore, I don't recall the reason. I remember it being a pleasant experience overall but unfortunately while I was being prepped for giving birth some young scrawny Caucasian male nurse came into my room to ask my assigned nurse (unsure if it was the same one) what she wanted to drink. This guy wasn't even part of the team assigned to my room! The only 2 males that were assigned to my room were the anesthesiologist and dr. johnson. It was just so weird and I was feeling embarrassed. Even the nurse he was asking was appalled and she tensed up and rolled her eyes up like 'are you serious?' She was pretty mad. I feel bad leaving this review because it could put her on the spot but that other guy needs some form of discipline so it doesn't happen again. Yeah it is a bit late to leave the review but I only remembered it because an employee recently asked me how was my experience that day and it kinda clicked that what happened wasn't okay at all. That employee told me that unless you're assigned to a room, you can't enter.

My fiance was treated like a criminal and was treated very poorly cause the was in her system month ago and wanted to use it on us. They didn't help her nurse or help with our crying baby. It's 2024 change your policies that fit the state you live in or lose patients and get sued

I went to this hospital for specific reasons. I was admitted as my blood count were dropping a little bit at a time, but still dropping by the time I left after 2 full days in there my hemoglobins had gone from 12 to 10.8. yet they still released me without the property tests, even though I was concerned. Once I voiced my concerns i seemed to get cold shoulders from every one. As they were discharging me, I let them know. I still felt exactly the same as when I came in, They never checked where I was bleeding internally. And never checked the stool samples. They never checked anything with my heart except an ekg but yet released me. It was like they were more concerned about my blood. Sugar checks every day, even though I'm Not a diabetic. As I was being discharged, I asked to speak to a advocate which I was advised. They don't have advocates for patients but they have a supervisor whom I never got to speak with. I voiced my concern several times as I was leaving about the pain in my chest and how I felt lightheaded and tired and yet they let me walk out on my own and drive myself home. I'm very concerned that they don't really have the expertise. Or knowledge of how to help somebody other than a regular flu cold. May be a broken bone and then even then, they have special doctors come in. This place is horrible. I probably will never go here again and I'm going to file complaints with the Arizona medical board.

Very unprofessional, rude, doctors don't know anything, doctors argumentive, nurses tell lies, had to force discharge for my husband will never come here again
