Great company but the management is very poor in the Phoenix location. The manager there, James communicates very poorly to his workers and temps. He cant retain drivers or temps to work there. When I first came in the company, he mentioned that he was rebuilding his team. Hes been working here for years and hes speaking about rebuilding. To my knowledge this is a Berkshire & Hathaway company, when did they ever have to rebuild with the branding of Warren Buffets name behind it. The real reason is because workers dont come back to work due to mistreatment, inefficient communication, dictatorship and unstable moods. The management here is terrible. Hes very manipulative with his technique of trying to keep people around. Ive been here for two weeks and he tells me, I love you man, I need you like Im his girl. Cmon this is a place of business and youre telling another man you met less than two weeks that you love him. At that point, I begin not to take him seriously. He bails out on his workers when they need help the most at event setups. Hes a liar and very deceitful. This place has a very bad team culture because of him and it needs to fix IMMEDIATELY before someone gets hurt.

Great place to rent furniture!
