My friend and I got into town early but they said we had to wait until 3 Our room was apparently never cleaned. The floor was dirty, you can tell no one even swept and mopped, there was a glob of hair on the floor in the kitchen, there were roaches crowding in the shower walls and ceiling. I picked up the phone to use it and the base part where the receiver goes had roach poop and a smashed dead roach on it, they didnt change the bottom sheet, my friend had to walk up to the office and ask for a clean one, we didnt have any face towels. I personally complained and written down what was wrong with the room, we got no apology, no one never contacted us, no compensation, they havent said anything. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

booked this hotel thru expedia, let me tell you, it was a big huge mistake, $160.00 a night...TOTALLY not worth even a dolar, rooms , they showed us 3 because of the condition the first room was in, they are from dirty to they should be condemned. Bugs lots of bugs, and the smell, totally discusting, it was so not worth the money and time, the doors don't even locked properly, the bathroom is filthy, when I complained I was told there was no manager on duty and they would call him, never got a response, had to stay because otherwise I would loose the $ for the room so chose the one that looked a little better, but still did not use the shower for it was not that clean, . I called corporate to get a cancelation and refund was told no sorry only manager can do that, never heard from him at all.
Rooms: Nasty , dirty, run down, smelly has bugs,
Safety: Not safe!!! Doors don't lock properly,
