me and my fianc have spent together over 3k close to 4k and we bought a ring for 800$ diamond fell off and also it was starting to misshape. it was looking more like an oval than a circle. They had no proof of some of the purchases and I've only used one number and email. they spent 2 hours trying to look but told me if they couldn't find it then they couldn't do anything about it. yet the person who helped remembered selling us the jewelry. to exchange the ring for a newer one i had to spend 200 for warranty for both my rings to have it. i will never shop there again or recommend it to anyone. Learned you get what you pay for smh

Hi I'm very upset with a sale I purchased while visiting in Phoenix Arizona on 12/20.Here's pictures of the product I thought was gold and I didn't bother to check my receipt with the product until now. Neither one of those barcodes match anything on my receipt and this product clearly says its stainless steelI just realized that i didn't not get the product described on my receipt. I received one that is correct but the other product is incorrect and I was charged 70 dollars for something that isn't even real good. I don't live in Phoenix I reside in Wisconsin and I was Christmas shopping for myself and I am using one of the items and that's why I didn't realize until now that I was charged for the incorrect amount for the incorrect product. And then I get this response from customer service so now I'm a liar according to them here's a screenshot of the email I received
