Owen was extremely helpful! My wedding ring broke after 30 years of wear and we thought replacing it was the only option. I was heartbroken because I love the ring and wasn'tfindinganythingI liked as much. He looked up our account and told us it may be able to be fixed with our metal protection plan! He sent it to be examined and assured me if it can't be fixed, they would be able to design a new setting similar to my original setting. We also ended up buying an anniversary band. Very happy with the service we received! Hoping for good news on the repair but I know if it is not repairable, Owen will make sure we get something designed that I will love. We have bewn Kay customers for over 30 years and plan to continue with them in the future. :)

I Was in store at 5:35 on march 14th- African American guy was helping me find a plain gold band for about only $170 to set a diamond I already have into it. He went over to his manager (older white lady) and asked if their coverage plan would cover the cost of putting the ring in and she nodded, but didnt say a word to me. Then we went over to the register to pay and was told that the total was $240 which includes the RING, plus TAXES only- he even said he was giving us a gracious 10% discount! I tapped my Apple Pay without thinking about it, then asked for a paper receipt after he only suggested a emailed copy because the total seemed much too high for just taxes and with my discount it should be much less! I Looked at the receipt and he had added a $65 service membership charge that he claimed would make it free for us to get the ring set. Ill say again he DID NOT ask me one single time about the extra service nor tell me anything about the price! I work in sales as well, but this was not a sale- just a blatant deception and poor business practice. I dont care about $65- but the ethics of the situation was bottom of the barrel. I was planning on buying a much larger 4 carat stone for my fiance this week but will NOT be returning to Kay Jewelers ever again. Ill take my business to somewhere with higher morals than a common scammer seeking a commission. Avoid this place like the plague!

For a titanium wedding band resize/replace, this store was unable to successfully communicate how long it would take, was ambiguous with their communication about when it came in, and then the replacement came in a full size wrong. The amount of time my wife and I have spent waiting for service in this store is worth more to me that the service we asked for, let alone the time spent in traffic parking.
