        I wanted to make a return at the Arrowhead Mall a location closest to the Macys. The guy was making it very difficult and basically said because of the deal I got, I couldnt return the one pair without paying $20 more. He was not helpful at all and was honestly really passive aggressive and trying to talk to me as if I was stupid. It is the holiday season and he is clearly taking advantage of that. I went to the location in arrowhead by JC Penny and the girl there was great and very helpful and did my return for me no problem. If you are at Arrowhead Mall in Peoria AZ, do NOT go to the location by Macys.

        I had a great experience with Dawnisha at store 715 the following day I went to store 111 for something else store manager Rodney scared me I left as fast as I could. Treated his employees awful.

        Was told this was owned by sales and I was supposed to get a 40% discount plus military discount. Went to a different banter. They returned the item from the first banter, and then gave me the military discount. Amazing. Went out of their way to help.
