Terrible service & billing. They will schedule payments to be taken out but it will never be done. You give them ALL your banking information over the phone for nothing because then you have to call in AGAIN and schedule AGAIN. If youre not constantly checking your account and staying on top of them youll be in for a tough awakening when you realize the last few payments they scheduled never happened. Their reps dont document names of whos leaving notes. They say yes I saw you scheduled for those dates but for some reason it wasnt done I see the notes but I dont see who notated that.. you hear kids in the background on these calls from the reps. Its just overall SO unprofessional.

Horrible customer service and poor customer communication. Steer clear, if they mess up they will force you to clean up their mess and threaten to report you to credit bureaus. Be careful if you have a loan. If you pay it off they may decide to re-open the account without notifying you. Then claim you are late and charge you extra interest on account you had no idea was still open. Best of all if their systems are down it's still your fault and they will add interest to it. Avoid at all cost.
