Got an appointment on line and showed up at the arranged time for a haircut.The lady said they were open but she was the only one working there and she was done cutting hair for the day, mind you it was 1:00 PM Saturday afternoon and no other customers in the place. I usually go there but I have see a drastic decline in this place the last few times I went. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Support a smaller independent owned salon.

It seems like there is a Great Clips on every corner yet every single one has 70-100 minute wait times. This would not be a problem if each location was actually staffed. Why are there six chairs if you are only willing to have two stylists on staff? Youre making your customers wait for no reason.
