Bad supervision of new stylists. My sister and I went in together. I was getting my hair redyed the same color and she wanted a trim. Her hair was choppy and barely trimmed and the supervising stylist approved it. My stylist was double booked. My blonde foils were left in too long and the hair in them was very damaged and broke off. I also had a large orange piece of hair that the supervising stylist noticed and told my stylist how to fix it. However, since she was double booked I was passed from stylist to stylist. We were both very dissapointed with this beauty school.

It was HORRIBLE ! My hair is ruined ! I asked for a trim and got four inches cut off.And it's very choppy. My highlights (partial) are terrible ! I have spots all over my head ! The instructors never came over and NEVER looked once at how the student was doing in the four and a half hours I was there. Than when the student was finally done I asked if an instructor needed to look at it. She came over and said it was fine and walked away. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. But I am going back to have an instructor FIX my hair if possible and get a refund. After that I will Not be back. The instructors need to pay attention to their students. At least A visit would be nice. That place is a freak show. A lot of goofing off , and instructors were never around . And when I did see them they never acknowledged any of the clients or students . I have been there several times for the last few yrs. and was always happy. This school needs NEW instructors. It is very poorly ran ! And to top all of this they tried to Double charge me... I give this school a F !

After a horrible toe nail painting I refused to pay. The instructor offered to have it redone by another student or have the girl who originally did the painting touch it up. I refused and refused to pay. She correctly raised the point that this is a school, and that I did use their services. I agreed, but the girl who "painted" or smearing polish all over my toes had 5 weeks to graduate. I told her it was unacceptable to have her on the floor doing services with her skill level. In the end I walked out and told her to have her boss call me. I have never in my life not paid for a service whether I was unhappy or not. Typically I would not tip and tell the management I was unhappy. What really bothers me is two things. First, that these people have been taking this poor girls money for over a year (she said she had been in school since last April), she was a "tech" whatever that means, and they offered her, apparently, no value for her tuition. I will not give money to this school as they obviously cheat their students. The second thing that really bothers me is the general attitude in the beauty industry that they can mess up and you still have to pay them. Well I'm sick of it, and frankly I was happy to walk out go to another salon and have them fix my toes. When I arrived at the new salon they looked at my toes in disgust and said "Did you do this yourself?".
