I had called in asking how much it would be to perm a men’s haircut and the lady who answered the phone was far from nice. She had answered very rude and had said that it had been my third time calling and that she had already told me all of this. This was the only time I have ever called this place, She had reassured me to take my business elsewhere.

Patricia does the most excellent job with my haircuts! I can have her cut my hair forever if possible. It's perfect every times. She absolutely funny too which makes the b Visits worthwhile! Thanks Patricia!

I went there to just get my sides trimmed and when i went home a huge chunk of my hair fell out. Im been growing my hair for two years. It look like she did a good job until i went home, and took my hair out of the bun. And i have a hand full of hair. I usually dont leave bad review but in this case they deserve it.

I took my 2 teenage children there to get haircuts before school started. I booked both appointments online. We arrived 5 minutes prior to the first appointment time and proceeded to wait another 35 minutes before one of them was able to sit in the chair. The girl working there and doing the hair cutting was the slowest I have ever seen, but worse than that was the fact that she did not say a single word to either of the kids, nor myself. Then the real fiasco began when I went to pay and she told me that the haircuts were going to be double the price advertised on the website. When I asked her why didn’t she inform me of that when we arrived she had nothing to say. Then I stayed that I expected them to honor the price as advertised, at which point she told me that she couldn’t. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she would text him and ask him. She then said that the manager said that they would not honor the price. I have tried to call the Regis Corporate number(s) but of course cannot get through to anyone. Topper is that my dog could cut hair better than this girl. She basically gave my son a bowl cut and when I told her that we were not leaving with his hair that way she got an attitude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS AND CHEATS!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! They should be ashamed of themselves.
