Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Worst bank branch, 30 minutes wait time to cash one check ?? Why only one teller at 3pm if there's a big line ?? If you see a big line get some help quick, 2nd teller comes up after a long time to help out ??. At this time their greeting should be sorry about the wait, but no sympathy at all. A few customers had issues with their transactions, so I wasn't the only unhappy customer.

I only gave this location 3 stars because Louie did a walkin Notary for me. (Signature on point!) This location clearly sees that time is of the essence, sadly locations like 19th ave and Bethany Home lacks. BUT the rest of the customer service was not on Point with their greeting. Yes you were all busy but still acknowledging your customers that come in that you'll be with them as soon as possible or even a smile and direct those who look lost will go a long way. Thanks for your service tho!
