Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

B of a is very hard to get in to do banking. You do not know if they are going to be open or not. Ona day they are open the next day they may not be.

This branch is many times closed during normal business hours for no apparent reason. The "system is down" is the reason we're given at the door, but according to BoA online, the system is always just fine. It then takes me multiple trips to get anything completed. What a bunch of hoooey!

I like to know when this branch is going to open, I have been there only 3 times and wasn’t happy the first time, today I had to go back there and also yesterday they were closed both days and doesn’t say anything about the opening day or time...I just moved to this neighborhood and I think I have to find another brand to go to.

This is by far the BEST BoA location in the valley. I’d drive 5, 10, even 15 miles out of my way to go here. In recent years, BoA has been focusing on online banking and their physical establishments have declined in friendliness, amount of staff working, and efficiency. Oftentimes, other locations (that I will not name), have been reduced to one teller and a 2 minute transaction will take you 15-20 minutes in waiting. This doesn’t happen here. The staff are friendly, personable, and treat you as a human being. That is honestly pretty rare, when it comes to BoA physical locations. I thoroughly enjoy coming to this establishment. I will be sure to always visit this location for my banking needs. Thank you for your hard work, professionalism, and compassion.
