I've been dreading dealing with a huge bank but my credit union is just too far so I decided to try the B of A right by my house. I went in to open an account and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Anastasia. She was very personable and very helpful and answered all of my questions. Everyone in the branch was very pleasant. My only concern was when trying to call the branch the next day you cannot get ANYONE on the phone. I'm not going to reduce my rating on that though because a lot of businesses have that problem and I won't soil this review of the great people at this branch.

The sweetest, most accommodating, professional branch of B of A in Arizona.I have never encountered any location that totally helps as well as understands their customers. Charito Grelle at this location is ABSOLUTELY the best.
Charito will finish everything really quick which in other locations may takes more than 2 hours.
Thank you Charito for saving your customers time.

Closed our accounts. There are many other banking options locally that offer excellent customer service and staff that truly appreciates our business. I do not recommend.
