    Bewere about your info. They are not located in Phoenix. I paid my bill on time and they still send me to collection. I got my bank's documents to prove it.

    Unislink, mis-posted all four out of four total payments AND then, after confirming the bills were paid, Unislink tried collecting the paid bills again. This is incompetence. Then Unislink sent a bill to collections and when it was again confirmed it was paid, charged me a $20 collection agency fee. This is unethical. Funny, how each recent recent review is one star (as of today) and all 5 star reviews are from "3 years ago." This is deceptive. I have emails from Unislink confirming my zero balance but they ignore them and attempt to collect paid bills. I have to leave that doctor (whom I like) only because of Unislink and for no other reason. So, if you're a medical practitioner looking to reduce the size of your practice, Unislink might be right for you.

    Not happy with customer service. Waited on hold for well over an hour. Tried to have them call me back. They call me and nobodys there. Tried another time, on hold for 45 minutes and when it was my turn, it was time for the employees to leave and they hung up on me again. Now Im hold again for 20 minutes, I will be very surprised if they pick up. And I dont know why Im bothering to talk to them anyway because Im not going to pay the physician who sent the bill. My mother in law died 6 months ago and I just received the bill. Bank accounts closed and no money left.

    Poorly led and poorly executed company. We wasted 4 months thinking they were credentialing our family practice. Between a lack of knowledge and mistakes on forms submitted, they literally accomplished nothing. We had to hire a new company to start from scratch. Beware!!
