I dont want to give a star at all but I must in order to leave a comment. Ive been trying to get some help from this branch since maybe June now. It could have been May when I noticed some weird charges from PayPal on my checking account but I dont utilize PayPal. When I noticed this charge I immediately called Chase and was sent to the fraud department. I was told that the charges which were very small would be placed back into my card and they were. These small charges however helped me notice money was missing from my accounts. I have a savings account for my son and a checking account separate for myself. I noticed that charges would show up that werent there when I went to sleep even if it wasnt the weekend. When I noticed these odd charges I made an appointment but when I called to confirm with the banker she said she was never advised that we had an appointment so I set another appointment which I missed so I had to set another appointment. I took my receipts with me but for some reason the numbers and dates didnt match how they did the first time I looked so I asked for all of my monies to be printed out so that I could go over them and come back later in the month. I believe I wasnt able to make it back until maybe mid July and when I sat down with a banker again the numbers just didnt match. So when I left the bank this time I went to where I spent my biggest amounts of money and got receipts. Ive missed maybe three appointments but besides missing money it seems as if money is also just disappearing. One amount of about 2200 another amount of about 900 and another amount of about 180. I know my amounts are not right on the dot but when youre out of work homeless and a single mom, every penny counts. I believe every penny counts in any situation but right now is not the time for anyone you trust to do something like this to you. Ive never stolen anything from Chase and Im not sure why theyre stealing from me. They actually try to explain why theyre stealing from you. Its odd. Im just praying that all of this will be figured out next week.
