        Ive been extremely impressed with the communications and customer service I have been experiencing. I actually believe that UMB has my best interests in mind, and therefore Im actually happy to advocate for them. UMB does not appear to use large amounts of propaganda and advertising (which costs money that ends up being paid for by customers) and because of this I believe is why their banking benefits are on point. I assume their customers are grateful and absolutely comfortable putting their name behind them, as this is how I was recommended to meet with them.
