Been here just a few days but had the most pleasant and helpful experience with Antonio today! He came shortly(like less than 30 minutes) after we posted a maintenance request. Not only did he fix everything we needed, but he showed me how to fix everything in case it happened again. Could not be happier with the experience :)

Maintenance crew (Marty & Antonio) is excellent. Marty & Antonio respond to maintenance request in a timely manner & fixes the issues diligently. They also follow up in a few hours or the next day to make sure that whatever they fixed is still good. Andrea in the leasing office also responds to emails in a timely manner & addresses questions promptly.

Visited a friend there- since my friend moved in over a year ago great changes taking place on this property. Apartments are spacious inside and outside is getting a facelift with new paint and lighting. If I was looking for a apartment this would be on my short list!

We moved in the beginning of March. The morning of our move in, our apartment wasn’t anywhere near being ready. The flooring had the old carpet put back down after the flooring people not showing back up to finish. The apartment was no where near clean and we immediately had a cockroach problem. Fast forward six months, the water is constantly being turned off for hours at time (in 108 degree heat), the cockroach problem is more prevalent than ever, and the incidents with the police are growing. Within the last month, there has been two separate incidents the ended with a knife welding person, slamming into the gate (we no longer have a working gate), and someone getting shot. Within days of the gunshot incident happening, we got our new lease proposal with our rent increasing almost nonnegotiable-ly $500 more a month for the same 6 month lease. The ONLY positive thing has been how helpful the property manager has been and how nice the maintenance staff has been.
