I don't live here but when I called to ask about availability and pricing, the leasing agent Nereyda was super helpful and very sweet. She answered all my questions and offered me an appointment to view the units. I appreciate her help a lot as you don't come by many honest and patient peiple nowadays. Definitely one of my first picks when I do move.

Part 1: I did not want to give a star, but was the only way to leave a comment. First. My adult son and I told the office we were going to renew our lease for another year. To renew the lease it is not on the portal where pay the rent. It is a whole nother website. To sign lease I went into the office.

Please think twice before you sign a lease. I have been here 8 years and not one apology. Your lease will be more than what is advertised. Maintenance is not professional. In fact, I just had 2 individual come into my apartment and advised me that there is nothing wrong with my dryer. I requested service in 2021. My dryer is no longer drying clothes. They said your dryer is running fine. No it is not. My garbage disposal is not working. Just because it's not leaking at the moment, it's not a big deal. "We will charge you if we bring a professional in." The quote of the unprofessional. My washer was not working properly, it flooded my apartment and yet it was my fault, the HVAC cover fell and hit me in the head, i was at fault. I was told, "We will have our attorney contact you." My vehicle was towed from the lot I pay for each month. Just because I had a Flat tire. I paid for towing fee twice equaling $400 and yet management does not care for their tenants. I had no additional choice, but to continue my lease. There are more discrepancies, Believe that.
