Stayed there for 5 years had no problems til we wanted a two bedroom two bath and ended up getting one upstairs that had roaches.. Mind you we lived in a different apartment downstairs in a one bedroom for 5 years. Told the manager Lucy at the time only to be told that it was us and ended up having the bug man tell my family that that apartment had and possibly still had an infestation...

I don’t think it’s professional for management from other Dunlap and Magee properties to leave false reviews but the property is ok I have been harassed by my neighbor and that makes it unpleasant experience

Their apts are OK if I could post the pics I have of how trashy/dirty they are i would I think they need better maintenance instead having trashe cans overfilled to the point I have to smell trash thru my window sucks!..also managers aren't that professional or great i belive they could do better far as who they put as manager so far they've all sucked or either was rigged but that is my opinion .
