        There's such a thing as good or even great customer service, from a professional perspective. I appreciate those that provide me with a polite and professional courtesy. BUT... Dariane has gone beyond that and offered me a genuine and sincere experience. She treated me kindly, not just like a valued potential resident, but also like a human being. She acknowledged all of my meticulous requirements, in addition to my proprietary circumstances. After a lengthy process together, Dariane was able to efficiently meet all of my requirements regarding the perfect apartment, pricing, and timelines. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to be a high maintenance customer. But she never strayed from her professional etiquette or amazing attitude towards me, and helping me obtain my perfect scenario. Obviously, I chose Ascent North Scottsdale as my new home!

        Barbie and Kaxandra in the Rental Office are outstanding. They have always been available to answer questions and provide assistance during my move in transition and afterwards. The maintenance crew "James and Anthony" have addressed any request I've had to submit very quickly.

        Paper thin walls. Speeding loud cars zooming by at all hours. Very rude management. Noisy crowded pool that is usually down/under repair just like the gate. Not only is the pool not heated (like I was told) and not 24/7 there is no adult swim so anytime you go its screaming kids splashing you with no parents. Overall the location is convenient and thats it. They charge you fees for everything and arent helpful or polite or easy to reach unless they want money. Parking is atrocious so plan to never have friends over and to Uber if you are out past 7. You also arent allowed to make noise or listen to music in your overpriced apartment even during the day hours or you will get complaints and threatened that you may have to leave so be prepared to sit in your apartment and not make a peep. Will not be renewing here next year. Oh, and people will steal your stuff if you get packages and management doesnt care as well as constantly not pick up your trash which they force you to pay for. I do not recommend living here.

We understand that noise can be a major issue and we apologize for any disturbances caused by outside traffic, even if that is something wholly outside our control. As for the pool, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by its maintenance schedule and will work to ensure that it is open and functioning properly as much as possible. We appreciate your feedback on the parking situation and will continue to work on solutions to improve it. Regarding noise complaints, we do have quiet hours in place to ensure that all residents can enjoy their living spaces peacefully.
