    These apartments are scamming and very deceiving. There are many hidden fees and costs that they are not transparent about on the front end. My lease that I signed was supposed to be $1414/mo but I now pay additional $300 every month due to other fees and their required wifi! The apartments themselves are nice on the inside but office staff is unprofessional and rude, specifically Chasity- the manager. Ive only been here for two months & Im already eager to move elsewhere. I literally never want to have to deal with them again. You can find somewhere just as nice if not better for a much better price and more considerate staff as well.

    Love it here I have a 2x2 and the apartment is super spacious! The office staff are awsome super nice and very helpful,the maintenance is amazing as well always drive around making sure the complex is nice and cleaned and make sure everyone is alright when seen, there very helpful if you need anything they will try there best to make it happen. Love this place over all!!!

    This complex is horrible. Music is constantly way too loud. People treat the parking area as if it was the highway and drive way too fast through it. I'm shocked no one has died yet. Trash is everywhere. No one has any respect for anyone but themselves. Office staff just doesn't care. You bring issues to them and it's the same generic response every time and nothing ever gets solved. Oh an email or a text message will go out, but no action is ever taken. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

    This is not me slandering the apartment out of anger, this is me looking out for the average everyday couple that are working regular jobs . DO NOT MOVE HERE . Theres plenty of better options . Theres nothing luxury about this place but the banner they have hanging outside . These are the things to consider before moving here. 1. They accept section 8 at these apartments so the lovely south phx hoods in the surrounding areas are indeed in this complex. 2. Depending where you move the parking sucks . When I stayed in the back I had to leave to work 10 minutes earlier to account for the walk to my car and the only accommodation the office gives is trying to charge you for another parking spot. But if you move to the front you dont have to because parking is available, So I guess its luck of the draw. 3. The back was rough to say the least and dirty with just about anything you can think of even broken glass. My friend had a gun brandished on him the 4th day we moved here, he hasnt been back since. Finally the office moved us after a few complaints to the front of the complex. The office even confirmed they had multiple complaints about the back of the complex living situation, so this part is definitely not made up. After I moved in and got settled in the back a family down stairs whistled to me, catching my attention and warned us that it gets ghetto at night and not to let my girlfriend throw the trash alone. It feels more like the projects than a luxury apartment. So if you like waking up in the morning not knowing if youre gunna fight this place is perfect for you . 4. Fees!! My rent I signed for was 1600. 1600 is already pretty pricey but after everything they charge you for everything its about 1900 for a one bedroom. They charge for virtually anything including cam fees which is pretty normal but the complex is always dirty. If you go in any hall way the floors and stairs have deep black stains and dirt, probably from that valley trash thing that they only when they feel like it. Even pest control which I never seen anyone spray anything but you get charged monthly. Also you cant have your own WiFi. I was paying $25 at Verizon and now its $70 because I have to use there WiF. Im 7 months in my lease annd they sprung this on me and as always the office can do nothing about it. Not to mention when I got out my car a week ago I almost stepped on a bottle of urine , so much for the maintenance and cleaning fees they charge. They ofc blame the residents but they probably have over 1000 tenants here which pay cleaning fees. Its our job to keep our units clean NOT THE COMPLEX. Other then that its great here . Definitely recommend

Victor,We are sorry to see you feel this way. We have tried reaching out a few times to discuss some of these concerns with you but haven’t heard anything back. We tried hard to help with a resolution to your concerns when you brought them to our attention. While our team makes large strides to keep the community looking its best, we strongly encourage everyone to do their part. We did make a change to our internet provider, we recently installed Fiberwave Internet in each apartment. A notice went out to all of our residents communicating this change in the internet. Unfortunately, the perception of any certain type/group living here is beyond our control and anyone who meets our criteria is allowed to live here.
