Most sincere appreciation goes out to Tony at the corporate office. I have the most positive outlook on this company because of you. I never experienced a company to go to great lengths to help a future resident out. For this, I am very grateful to this company. It hits home and gives a great sense of security to have this group of supportive people from corporate to the office staff. I give this company a complete -0- to bad theres isn't anything lower than that!!!! They have the worsted costumer service I have ever come across both in person/ phone and thats only if your lucky enough to have someone actually answer! If you leave a voicemail except to never get a call back!!!! They dont know how to return phone calls..So needless to say this company is horrible! If you go in person to the park apartments the staff there is snotty, very rude and pretentious. To add to it they are absolutely no help whatsoever and management there definitely doesnt care how anyone is treated!!!!! The only interests they have is taking you money!

Apt. Was filthy upon move in! With bullet holes in window. mold runs rampant throughout due to faulty fan/ventilation. Staff is rude.

0 - Stars. So, ... long winded explanation cut down to the basics. Never rented here. Had a situation with rude office staff, wrong information concerning the unit price and move in date at a complex when being shown a unit. Wasn't told the correct information until after we already filled out the paperwork and were sent to retrieve the money orders .Contacted the heers company to file a complaint after management Christy couldn't assist the situation. Was told by corporate I was going to be contacted back with further information. Called a few times to follow up. Was told the complaint doesn't exist while representative Tony laughed on the phone. Asked to file a complaint for poor customer service and was told by Tony that she is the highest level I will ever reach. I can't do anything further. This is unbelievable.
