I love the convenience of this branch  located inside Safeway.  There is rarely a wait and it's open on the weekends.  The employees are very polite and friendly.  I would have given it 5 stars except for an oversight by a teller made two years ago that ended up costing me money (but was subsequently rectified). But all in all, I'm quite satisfied.

Don't do it! Don't use us bank. I deposited my check yesterday and now all of a sudden they have a 10 day hold on it when they originally told me it would be available today. Literally if I don't pay my rent today, my locks are being changed tomorrow. What great customer services. They should have told me 10 days not today and I would have just taken it to a check cashing place, so that I wouldn't lose my house. This is freaking crazy. And to top it off 2 weeks ago I deposited a check from the same company, and that one was just fine, was available next day. The 800 number told me to go talk to the bank manager at a branch and show my check stub and that the branch manager could over turn the hold. Nope didn't happen. Branch manager said there's nothing he can do.

Delores Edmonds and Gaihj Young are exceptional employees. I had a decent sized task I needed handled in a timely but accurate manner.These two wonderful individuals made me feel totally satisfied and confident it would be handled in a professional and timely manner, as I would have expected from US Bank.They are very professional, kind and very good at follow through and follow up.My go to branch in the area because of these marvelous employees! I also want to mention Anna in this branch whom I've worked with in the past and she like the two mentioned above is very talented and cordial.Job well done team US Bank!

It's the nearest to wickenburg but they never have a "banker" to help with problems. They have a big turnover on tellers too. Good bank, bad branch
