Bailey and his team did a great job on my pool as they were on time everyday gave me a notice prior to arrival and made my green pool crystal clear blue again in just a couple days. Thank you Bailey to you and your team for all your hard work in this nasty heat as me and my family and very grateful!

I called out the young man about the poor job provided and his lies. He simply confronted my girlfriend and did nothing to resolve the issue. They left the pool dirty and empty. She paid for a pool cleaning and acid wash, she didn't get that. He didn't wash anything. He poured acid down the sides and rinsed it off. Didn't scrub any of the dirt off, and left a muddy puddle in the bottom of the pool. You didn't do a good job, plain and simple. Then you complicated it by lying and making excuses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ACTUAL QUALITY SERVICE AND LEAVE DIRTY SWIMMING POOLS AFTER GETTING PAID.

They were awesome. Bailey was prompt and kept me updated on arrival. Chad the technician did a great and thorough job. Highly recommend Blue Diamond pools.

Bailey Travers and Blue Diamond Pool Cleaning and Service are crooks and frauds. Bailey is incapable of managing a project and does not have the communications skills to run a company. I am a business owner for the past 30 and have ran my own property management company for the past 9 years and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were hired to remove and install new pebble tech for my pool. The failed to meet any terms of their bid and left me with a pool color that was not approved by me and refuses to correct unless he is paid more money and then I have to wait 3 months. His crew drinks alcohol on the job and he does not manage them. They show up to your home with no notice. They left construction material at my home and have refused to remove it. I would never recommend and warn you not to use this company ever. A complaint has been filed with the Registrar of Contractors and the Attorney Generals Office.
