Maddy's Pool Service

Was referred to Maddy's by our property manager for a rental of ours in Chandler. Our property manager said they had done a good job for her in the past so we switched so she could manage the pool service and we didn't have to.
Big mistake! The following happened:
1.) Maddy's apparently was sold.
2.) they showed up at the property and apparently had discovered $300 in repairs. Filter clean, phosphate treatment, unclogged the impeller, and added a hose for the backwash. All stuff I guess we needed, I don't live there.
3.) I approved the charge, paid the bill and the work was never done! It took 2 months to finally get that work done.
4.) pool was still green, they recommended more repairs.
5.) they sent me another invoice for work that wasn't approved.
6.) we no longer use Maddy's
These folks are jokers. My property manager couldn't get ahold of anyone to clarify the work and in fact been done. We went back to pool rescuers who has the pool clear and perfect, just like we had it before Maddy's. He ended up having to redo the work the Maddy's claimed they did. Steer clear folks, this cost us around $600 and we got nothing but a headache.
