Not a spa available until April ish. Salesperson did not take into account my height and was recommending spas that would not work for me.

Great showroom and availability to even try out. We purchased our spa and patiently waited a few months for it to come from the manufacturer. When it was delivered no one told us that the stairs were on back order. That's where the headaches truly began. It took three months of using a step ladder before we finally got the stairs delivered. Communication was horrible. No one would ever call us, they promised to but never would. When we ordered something and waited, and waited... again no one would call us. Three times when we called them, they said, "Oh yeah it just came in!" That's a bit hard to believe. I don't understand spending thousands of dollars (this is a large swim spa) and being completely ignored when something as simple as a phone call would be highly appreciated. We're very happy with the product and we understand that manufacturing delays happen, but you have to communicate. I guess business is good, happy they are doing well but expect to have to stay on top of it yourself.

This was the first place I walked into looking for a hot tub. No sales pressure, answered all of my questions and took the time to show me what I was looking for! I have hip dysplasia so the jets were important for me and they helped me find the perfect one for my needs! Bought the Celebrity hot tub in November and just delivered today! NO DISAPPOINTMENT AT ALL! Covid really has caused some delays but this company was honest and kept me up to date on the production of my hot tub, when it arrived and when it would be delivered! Very professional and was very patient with me as I had quite a few questions being a first time hot tub owner during set up! Cannot wait to get many many many years of good use! Thank you again and would highly recommend! The entire staff and the delivery team was truly amazing!

My husband and I purchased a new home and decided we wanted our own spa in the backyard. Then we tried to even find a store that had product and wasn't someone that wanted a big interview. We pretty much knew what we wanted, we just needed to see it and find out what the prices were. We were so thrilled when we walked into AZ Spas & Patio! We were greeted very warmly by Dan, even though he was waiting on some other folks. He told us to take a look around and he would be right with us. And he was. He was very knowledgeable and quite helpful. We found exactly what we wanted, at the right price AND it was in stock. Dan was a pleasure to work with. Once we got the spa delivered, I found that I needed some help changing the top around to adjust to our landscape design. Dana was great at figuring out what the problem was and if I realized what I was doing - it wasn't the first time I had been asked that LOL (I would have some small holes on the side but I assured her they weren't big enough to notice). She was wonderful in keeping in communication with me. All of this, the week of Thanksgiving. Both our landscaper and another friend that has a landscaping business has asked for their contact information. Very impressive!! I will use again in a heartbeat! It is so nice to have them in the neighborhood to do business with and to have them to refer business to.
