Cameo Pools

I am very happy with my pool. The best thing does Cameo does is respond to anything that is needed after your pool is completed. As a person who does not like to do much on pool issues, this is definitely a comfort!! I would recommend Cameo Pools to anybody who wants a quality product with great customer service.

We bought a home that needed the pool re-plastered. After getting bids from several pool builders we decided on Cameo. The salesman Gregg was great to work with. The job was done within a couple days of the promised time. There were a couple of problems along the way but the owners of the Company made everything right and we are very happy with the finished product.

First off our salesman, Dale Fleshman, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful in the development of our pool. He had a nifty 3D CAD program on his laptop and walked us through the entire process. Construction was delayed some but it was due to digging conditions and weather. We did have a few concerns during the construction phase but they were handled in a prompt and appropriate manner. I felt confident that although we did not have a super fancy high end pool/landscape project the company and their employees took care in our pool. I have to say that if I was going to ever do another pool I would look up our salesman and follow his lead wherever he is at! That guy was awesome!!

Had appointment this morning at 9:00. Sales rep was a no show. Waited 45 minutes and then called his cell phone. No answer. And I even received an email confirming appointment. So I know there was no misunderstanding about appointment time. Called office to let them know we won't be doing business with them. Which is to bad, because I was really impressed with Michelle at this office. She was in touch with us as soon as we showed interest in resurfacing our pool.

We are in the middle of a hot tub, partial in-set, with Cameo. It was scheduled to be completed over 2 weeks ago and it is not close to done. Their professionalism, supervision, quality of work, communication, and the entire experience has been frustrating and poor. I will be contacting the Registrar of Contractors, Better Business Bureau, and other appropriate parties to assure others do not have this experience. I have spent a lot of time, energy, and effort on things that they should have taken care of.
