Law Lions at Allstate Law Firm, P.C.

I was at the lowest in my life and extremely broke and met this attorney in their office. After I paid my full $1900 they took my money and ran! They called me one time and told me they'd send me an email with further instructions to proceed and I never received anything. They never contacted me again and I could never get a hold of them. When you call this number they have listed it just rings and rings. I'm complaining to the BBB.

I paid off of my fee $1,900. I was told that the court fee was $159. Which I paid included into my fee. Then I saw my Bank Statement which they have an access they withdrawn $345.00 and $15.00 into my account without my knowledge. The Lawyer who handles my case was an hour delay of my phone appointment. Reschedule phone call, 45 minutes delay.

Allstate Team ended up handling my BK with excellent customer service they definitely came through and explained the process better - BK has been discharged great team work!!!!!

I payed all my attorney and court fees and have yet to get a response on anything. I was notified Id receive an email within 2 days from my pay off and have yet to receive one. I call multiple times a day and get no response. I reached out to the woman that advised me about my paperwork and it seems she ignored me or maybe does not even work for the company any longer. For a law firm this is very unprofessional. If i payed my money, a response and update on my process is the least they should be able to do. I will attempt to reach out again for another week and if nothing happens i will request a refund. If no refund is able to happen then i will be going to the state bar and reporting them. Im very unpleased at the moment with my service and considering they know my situation youd think theyd be more willing to help me just as much as they were communicative about money.

Terrible place. When I called to get help in the most vulnerable time of my life, they were rude, short and unfeeling. It seemed as if money was the only thing they care about. I would never trust these people to handle such an important part of my life.
