I have been working with Mr. Skiba for a while now. I came to him when I had filed a Chapter 13 on my own, making several attempts at payment on time, and falling behind due to medical issues, personally and with family members. Mr. Skiba was very understanding, and worked out a way for us to stay in our home, and keep our transportation (autos) through a new filed chapter 13. After worsening medical conditions, it was decide that the best thing to do was to convert the 13 to a 7. Mr. Skiba, extremely knowledgeable on the processes of both forms of bankruptcy never once gave up, in helping me and my family. When I lost a daughter to injury's sustained in the Active Army, and another diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC), Mr. Skiba really went out of his way to answer all calls, and became a friend listening to everything that was occurring in my life.
